These apartments are situated in a very good position on Avenida Mediterraneo, near the beach, The Square and the Rincon de Loix. From the higher floors you can see the beach and front line promenade, albeit between buildings. They have a large swimming pool behind the building (open summer only depending on weather), and underground car park (payable locally - 10 euros per day). Although the entrance to the apartments has a ramp suitable for wheelchairs (not mobility scooters), it is a bit steep. Also you cannot access the pool area in a wheelchair. Here there are one and two bedroom apartments to sleep up to 4 and 6 people. Because they are owned by different people they vary in layout, furnishings and equipment. But, they are mainly furnished in older quality furniture rather than modern. In some the lounge/diner and balcony are all one large area. In others the balcony is separate. Either way they are all closed. The kitchens all have a microwave and washing machine, but not all have ovens. They do not have safes. The bedrooms all have two single beds. The TV is free but if you want satellite TV with some English channels it is 80 euros for up to 4 weeks. Wifi is 30 euros for 1 week, 40 euros for 2 weeks, and 5 euros per extra week. Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
